Common Topics

Subscriptions & Billing

  • Subscription status, renewal, or cancellation: Managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
  • Refunds: Handled by Apple or Google per their policies

Data & Export

  • Export your data from the Profile screen
  • Data is stored locally on your device; we do not have access to it
